This luxury villa, exceptional architecture villa with tinted glass surfaces is located in the beautiful village of Pjescana Uvala. On the ground floor there is a sunny, spacious living area with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a large terrace, sea views with a barbecue area and a swimming pool. The object is completely air-conditioned. The first floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each bathroom equipped with hydromassage shower cabins. On the first floor there is a high-heel bathtub in an extravagant design, adjacent to a large balcony overlooking the sea. All two floors are connected with a lift and an internal staircase. The upper floor, the last floor, has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Another highlight of the villa is the heated, illuminated Jacuzzi whirlpool on the open roof terrace, with a sensational view of the open sea. Perfect to end the evening. In the basement there is an entertainment area (table tennis) and a small sauna area with a shower. In the garage there is a parking space and two additional parking spaces on the fully fenced plot. Pets are welcome. The villa is 20m away from the Pjescana (fine pebble) beach. Numerous offers are waiting for you in the sandy bay: pedal boats, aqua park, children's playground, beach volleyball, boat rental. Canoeing, snorkeling, table tennis, basketball, football and fitness equipment in the great outdoors. Restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets are also part of this TOP LOCATION.
