「This was the dirtiest, nastiest place I have ever been. The entryway and office were dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The hallway carpet was stained and all the pictures on the walls crooked. The linoleum on the bathroom floor was peeling up. The toilet paper and tissues were thin. The white towels were gray, stiff, and scratchy as if they had been used to wipe a floor and never washed.
