"Our room was a good size and had a 2 person balcony with a water view. The woman who checked us in was helpful and very friendly. The pillows on the bed were terribly hard and the sheets slippery, but the bed itself was comfortable. We didn’t get to have the included breakfast because we were interested in starting our day before it began. Overall a comfortable, convenient place to stay. I would stay again."

"This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!"

"Wonderful and welcoming "old school" motel on the Rockport/Rockland border. Beautiful trees and greenery insulate the property from the road noise of Route 1. Our room had a back porch looking out on trees and flowers. Friendly staff welcomed us, and greeted us again for our free and delicious breakfast on the breezy cool porch of the main house. My wife and I will stay here again on our next trip to Maine. Five Stars!"
