「Staff were friendly and helpful. The building is old, which is fine, but the room was dirty. Floors needed a good cleaning, baseboard heaters had a ton of dust(fire hazard), sofa spills/stained, toilet seat stained, and acoustic ceiling tiles stained/moldy. Location was great for what we needed. Room pretty expensive considering no routine house keeping unless requested and overall condition. Blowers running outside our room all day and night (possible leaks in neighboring rooms?) Probably...

「Property was as described, quaint and cozy; however, pictures made unit appear larger than it actually is. Limited room for luggage, etc. and bathroom area. Outside grounds area needs cleaned up a bit, with snow blower just outside front door and old cooling units behind unit. Sliding screen door to the deck was not functionable.」

「We enjoyed staying at this site but we had difficulty with the address. I would recommend putting the number 67 on the outside of the mud room door, which would make it much easier to find the location
A member of our party had difficulty sleeping on the pull out couch and recommended a thicker mattress.
We also smelled cigarettes upon entry into the building but once the door was open for a short time the smell went away.
I would definitely stay at this site again when I the area.」
