Location was amazing. But we paid nearly 100 dollars per night and it was not worth the price. The bathroom was not cleaned. The walls were thin so we heard every movement outside of the room. Overall it is a 1 star hotel and it lives up to that. Due to its location they’re able to profit from it. Next time I’d pay extra and choose another hotel.

Not so good. I wouldn’t stay there.

Very old building, smells really bad. You can see from the pictures old room, closet, electrical outlets, and the AC was loud. Lots of noise and WiFi was very very weak signal. Building definitely needs upgrade.

Very poor condition of the room, especially the bathroom and the shower area was terrible, dirty and gross. Wi-Fi was very slow and sometimes not available. Non friendly staff and not adequate toilet paper and towel. Only good thing was the location. Very close to the Rawdah. If you only care about the location and not worried about the room facilities, then this place is for you. Otherwise, pay a bit more money and get a different hotel like Pullman ZamZam

The room for 3 persons was too small and unfortunately not clean enough. The beds are too old and would squeak when turning on them. I didn’t expect much to be honest given the relatively low prices. Breakfast was not possible because the whole breakfast area was reserved by a group. The staff were very friendly. Just as a tip: at least insure that the rooms are clean enough for the guests.

Der einzige Vorteil Haram ist zu Fuß erreichbar. War alleine aber mit Famillie auf keinen Fall, die Zimmer sind leider nicht Sauber.

The front desk never heard of Orbitz and therefore you don't have a reservation. Even if you already paid for it. I had to get a different hotel in the middle of the night.

L'accueil est correct, l’hôtel est proche de commerces et petit resto, 3 minutes des portes 5 du haram, 5 minutes pour se rendre à al rawdah (tombe du prophète, d’abou bakr et omar). Moins de 10 min pour allonger l’esplanade et aller au cimetière al baqi. Poua aller à Al chouhada (montagne ouhoud, cimetière chouhada, mont des archers), il suffit de traverser l’esplanade en 10 min, et prendre un bus (6 rials, A/R). Le gros soucis c’est avec le wifi qui fonctionne mal et de manière aléatoire, avec un débit très faible.

It will be very helpful if they can provide a Microwave Oven which helps especially for the guests with small children to warm up milk etc. and a wall clock which will be a great help so guests will not be late for their prayers.
