Decent hotel. Small rooms and a little bit rundown but you get what you pay for. Very close to the Haram, which is a great advantage. What really stands out here are the staff - honorable mention and thanks to Mr Khalid the housekeeping services manager for taking care of my elderly father's needs. His compassion and patience is exemplary. Also a note for Shohag, who was always there for my questions and needs - very helpful and dedicated young fellow.

I didn’t like one floor man or manger attitude(Arabian),he was very rude when he was talking to me not professionally speaking and they said if we want eat in hotel by ordering food,need use their M floor or restaurant,we tried to listen them but everytime we there for eating our lunch we find restaurant Washroom closed,we couldn’t wash our hands after eating,we had to wait till we get to our room for washing our hands,

The only good thing about the hotel was the location. It was located near gate 318. The room was dirty, not sure if they clean it after every guest. The washroom was probably done in 80's. Would not recommend it to anyone

Receptionist is ok. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and excellent! They have laundry service that was completed within 24 hrs. They provided us with a nice fruit plate for each room. Room service was provided upon request. They provided us with the necessities everyday we stayed there, to make sure we did not run out. Excellent location food, shopping, & masjid nawabi and other mosques were within walking distance.
