「Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service.」

「Staff were as incredible as anyplace we have stated. Grounds and hotel room simply immaculate and gorgeous. Far exceeded our expectations.」

「Tutto tranquillo」

「Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, so we were moved to another room. That one has an ant infestation. The next room we were given smelled like smokers. The only room left was clean but the a/c didn’t not blow cold air at all. Could not sleep because of temperature. Staff at desk was trying to be helpful.」

「We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

「Good accommodation for trnasit, however the breackfest booked separately was awful. I do not recommend the breakfest here.」

「The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails.」

「Good quiet location and very nice rooms. Do not miss the restaurant, it is excellent! Not far from Florence and an excellent place to recover.」

Ingen...

「Was completely perfect」

Ontbijt was minimaal.」

「We loved the feel of the place...light and contemporary decor. Stunning views and lovely pool to lounge by. Fantastic location and we visited Vinci and San Miniato (lovely restaurants) really close by. Of course went to San Gimignano and visited Lucca which we loved! Hotel highlights...breakfast and pool. The dining room is beautiful and I would have quite liked to have part of it as a lounge to grab an evening drink and relax whilst enjoying to view. Light lunches available in the daytime...
