We've stayed here twice now, and have never been disappointed. The king bed room is large and has everything we need for our stay. The breakfast is delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Also, other items were offered such as waffles, bread for toast and bagels with cream cheese. Beverages included several juice options and coffee. Thank you for a great stay.

The room was clean and didn’t have any smells or anything. The hot tub was nice and hot the way it should be the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed anything. The breakfast was pretty good. I wish there was a little bit more variety though will stay again.

The room was neat and clean. Staff were very accompanying and friendly. The jets in the hot tub were too abrupt to use. The sauna worked. Breakfast was satisfactory. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Location was great. Hotel is not new by any means, but beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet. The pool was outdoors and too cold for me, bit the kids still swam in it. The hot tub was nice and hot, but the jets were just too much. Water was forming geysers and nobody was safe from the splash zone.

We enjoyed the outside pool. The sauna and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was decent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The laundry facility was nice which we needed to use but $7 a load is a little pricey.

Nice hotel , friendly staff the room was clean and comfortable although the shower head was low and at 6'1" I had to bow down quite a bit. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub to soothe her sore leg. The gym had a few cardio machines which were OK but the universal type all in one machine was old and junky. I didn't use the pool and it's close in location to many stores and places to eat.

The lack of an elevator was a bit of an issue for luggage going to the second floor. The stairs are steep (with warning signs) and the carpet on the stairsteps was dirty and old. Obviously not vacuumed on either of the days of my stay. The rooms had been redone to a degree, but still would only get an average rating from me wondering how clean they actually are. The front desk workers were helpful and the shuttle to the airport was easily scheduled and convenient. The breakfast was a standard serve yourself style room with waffle maker, toaster, cereal etc. Probably will try a different hotel for my next stay in Medford.
