Also no setup made for me about key entry for the front doors so that I had to make another international calls to ask about it. - no towels changes for 4 nights - no additional coffee pouches - no desk in the room, so that I had a hard time to use my computer. 「Came to Boston to take a few college tours and this was a pretty central location. This property was also very close to several other places we were hoping to see while in town. Communication was great and check in was seamless. The property was clean and perfect for our stay. 」
