Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in charming historic 1920's home with original bathroom and all original woodwork, updated with modern amenities and wanting for nothing. Enjoy an amazing night's sleep on new luxury firm hybrid mattresses in both the king and queen bedrooms, with luxurious hotel-style linens and comforters and pillows. Well-stocked eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including gas stove, complete pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee station, microwave, etc. A short Uber or subway ride into Boston. Centrally located for day-trips to Salem, the Cape, Maine, the White Mountains, and about a mile from the new Assembly Row complex with restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping; and less than two miles from Encore Boston Harbor Casino.

This property was well-appointed and very welcoming. It has a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living spaces, and high quality bedding. There is a beautiful private garden area with outdoor dining space and a grill. The owner is a delight to visit with! This will be our go-to lodging for Boston from now on.

Mark‘s place was very convenient to Boston and the North Shore. It had everything we needed and the coffee was great!! The rooms were comfortable and the AC was a pleasure after 100 weather all day.

Beautiful house

We only stayed for one night but I truly wished we could have stayed longer. It was a great place. Very clean and nicely decorated. Just a comfortable, homey, apartment. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great spot just outside Boston

Third time is the charm. Already planning our 4th trip for 2026 in this charming house. Love our time. We got to share this trip with some great friends. Beds are comfortable and place is very clean. Mark is a great host. Until next time.

This was such a perfect home-away-from-home for our family to explore Boston and the surrounding areas. It is beautiful with wonderful, original architectural details. Our host was friendly and thought of everything we might need- well stocked kitchen and coffee. Great location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the train station. Luxurious and Abundant Amenities

Mark's home offered a perfect stay for my family of four. The home was an impeccably restored property with a proper living room which had very comfortable furniture to relax in. There was a full dining table to eat at and an impressively outfitted kitchen. The bedrooms had the most comfortable beds with high end linens and all the storage you might need. The towels were a very pleasant surprise, super thick and luxurious. And the supplies were abundant. The train to get into Boston was a short drive away. A perfect stay - thank you!

Beautiful home

Booked our stay to attend a concert at Roadrunner in Boston which was an easy Uber ride away. Mark was very kind and allowed us to check in early, the courtyard behind the house was beautiful with a cozy patio furniture to relax in. The house was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Will absolutely book again for future Boston endeavors. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

Mark was so accommodating for our larger-than-normal family. My wife and children stayed for a couple nights. When we arrived, there were some special accommodations just for us. This was our first AB&B and it was a great experience. The place was very clean and cozy. The kids loved it and it was a nice reprieve outside of the city.
