The bedroom has a queen bed. It also has fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron and room-darkening shades.
The full kitchen comes with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware and tableware. There is a washer. For working there is a workspace.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, body soap and hot water.
In the building: lift access, a doorman and a private entrance.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

The construction is expected to last approximately two years, with working hours from 7:00/8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
