Good but still got huge room for improvement...

Everything was fine and in order for the price given, but its spoiled the whole good experience when i ask them to change the door mat and being answered we usually dont change the door mat and we dont have any extra to change as well. Just make me wonder as a hotel, be it budget or few stars, changing of wet door mat infront of the toilet is a very basic things to do. This hotel has running its business for about half year.... is that mean the door mat place infront of the room toilet door also never been change for about half year....? Btw, they finally change the wet door mat in my room, but still make me wonder if it was simply taken from the other room just to satisfy me when i started to complain. It doesnt look like clean or fresh from the laundry. Still with full of unexplained mark all over the door mat.
