I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall comfort and organization. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The restaurant hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each day. The quality of the food truly exceeded my expectations. The bus service to Mecca was very well organized, punctual, and convenient, making travel easy and stress-free. Transportation back and forth between Mecca and the hotel was smooth and reliable. Cleanliness and guest care were clearly a top priority throughout the stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service, great food, and convenient transportation.

If you are doing umrah, this place is amazing and would be a great opportunity. Shuttle service to Haram is reliable, and managers and staff provided reputable service! Believe me on that one. Also their food is really good, more expensive than outside but the quality of buffet is variety is good.

Though the hotel itself is clean and nice it’s in an inconvenient location. They provide shuttle but it’s very unreliable and drops you away a 20/25 min walk away from the Haram. The shuttle is very inconvenient

Room was always dirty. A lot of dust and I have allergies. Complained and not much was done. Other than that if you are on a budget good hotel. Close enough to the haram. 20 min walk from hotel to haram. Coming back would be extra depending on where you are in the haram. Free shuttle bus, can get schedule from the reception desk.

„Unser Aufenthalt im Park Inn by Radisson Makati war insgesamt sehr angenehm: sauberes, modernes Hotel, gute Lage und freundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Leider gab es beim Frühstück eine negative Erfahrung mit einem Mitarbeiter, der sehr unhöflich auftrat. Ich hoffe, dass der Umgang mit Gästen künftig professioneller wird, da so etwas dem Ruf des Hotels schaden kann.“

Das Personal an der Rezeption und in dem gesamten Hotel waren sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel an sich liegt ungefähr 1,7 km von Al-Qaaba entfernt. Man könnte in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Ansonsten bietet das Hotel kostenloser Shuttle Bus rund um die Uhr.
