「Plenty of room for a get away with our adult children and grandchild. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was extremely easy, but for me the best part was minimal check out requirements which made my morning less stressful. Thank you for allowing us to stay, we all had a great time and the neighbors are very nice!」

「Exactly what we wanted. Very clean, very new, well built, high quality home. Far enough in the woods to not bother anyone but close enough to the lake, stores, and restaurants that it wasn't inconvenient. 」

「We loved it. Big house plenty of room for 3 families. Beautiful views, beach, water toys kept kids busy. A few broken things as expected in a rental but all agree cleanliness was great. Was a little bummed about late 5pm check in. Ben is very accommodating and great communication. We would love to return next year. 」

「The location couldn't be better! We enjoyed the fireworks on the dunes for on the 4th. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the water, sand, sun, and just being together. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and take care of any issue. We definitely recommend this vacation rental.」

「We definitely emjoyed our stay here. The only issue we had was our room seemed to have a weird odor. The gentlemen at the front desk, Wish i would have asked his name(second shift on 7/18/25) was very attentive to our issue. He imediately got us another room with no issues whatsoever. The other room had a similar smell but was not near as bad. In the end it may have just been the cleaning agent being used as the room we were in the smell eventually went away. They should probably address this...

「Ventura Motel was the perfect place for us to crash after working the Suds on the Shore beer festival! It was clean, comfy, and very walkable from the fest and to all the fun downtown stuff. Would stay here again. 」
