Primary bedroom has a King bed, secondary bedroom has a queen bed. The space is on the second floor of an estate home. Entrance for guests is the front door. The town is walking or biking distance. A coffee shop, bank, restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts, etc.. quaint, charming welcoming, truly a small town atmosphere. We are centrally located to Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins, a 30 minute drive. Estes Park is 45 minutes. Easy commute to Rocky Mountain National Park. No cleaning fees.
