"A warm welcome to Cotton Court Hotel. Although our stay was brief the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The coffee machine was stowed away in a cupboard, would have preferred it out on a table ready for use. You get a stocked snacks with a lovely SMEG refrigerator. We would have liked to get the fridge magnets listed as one of the items in the basket but that was the only item not there - kinda just nit picking here. Overall a lovely hotel with a outdoor pool in amazing courtyard. Parking is available around the hotel off-street, with easy access to the courtyard via access gates (once you obtain your access card). Would recommend a stay, probably likely we'll revisit on our next return to Lubbock."

"House was as advertised. Excellent communication with host with easy check in. Kitchen only has microwave but worked for our needs. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Close to Texas Tech and places to eat."
