"Terrible place to stay bed bugs "

"So glad that this hotel was on the outskirts of town. We were just driving through as most people probably are but went to go to In-N-Out and was shocked by the amount of homeless people in this town. But staying at this hotel, which was on the outskirts of town it felt very safe and far away from the homeless people we saw around every corner and in every parking lot around the In-N-Out I did also find a food truck area and I happen upon a straight taco tent and it was fabulous. It was across the street from In-N-Out strongly suggest that."

"Beautiful property, excellent service from the desk to the cafe bar. The rooms were delightful in decor and atmosphere. It was total surprise that such a gem in downtown Merced. Last minute reservation and absolutely delightful."

"Check in went smooth get to room toilet I thought was plug so staff brought a plunger. no toilet was broke. So got a new room asked if my old key would work to get my stuff said yes it would it didn’t had to Jo back to check in got my stuff new room key didn’t work had to go back to check in and got that fixed. Bed slips off the frame and working that shower should have instructions "

"The staff was fine. The breakfast was below average but acceptable. The room was dingy but not obviously unclean. The big problem is that I found a bedbug on me later the afternoon after I stayed here. Room 315. Never coming back here again. "
