    "The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay.     "Our stay was mediocre. The staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. However the lack of cleanliness in the room overshadowed our experience. The bathroom floor was so sticky and gross my feet literally stuck to it… ew. The crib we were given to use had a mattress that was half stained brown and I was not comfortable placing my baby in there to sleep. Also we noticed splatters of who knows what throughout the room. Overall, for the price I was expecting a much cleaner room."
