Music at the bar within the hotel building was very loud during the night, thank God it stopped within an hour- before bedtime. If you have little kids that have to go to bed early I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Room is quite old & need a refresh.

Little noisy at 3am..guests returning from a night out were not especially ‘quiet’!

This was our first hotel stay in Vancouver. While the hotel was great, we did spend the extra money to get a hotel that was kid friendly and with a pool for the kids since we drove 7 hours in the car to get there. But sadly the pool was 4ft-6ft deep. It was not kid friendly. Having 1 baby and 2 toddlers, we unfortunately weren't able to make the pool work for us since it was too deep for my young kids. The location was great! Staff was super friendly when we asked if they had a playpen/cot for our infant and they did and had it brought up within 15 mins! We had a view of a parking lot mostly but the view was still nice to see the sunrise even from the north tower we were in. Parking wasn't hard to get to. Costco was a 5 min walk away. We went to Monster jam and it was a 10 minute drive from the hotel which is why we chose it. I kind of wish I had a detailed bill or any type of bill from the property though. I had a withdrawl from my account when I checked in to pay for the suit but the amount wasn't close to what I was quoted when I registered for it on Expedia, I might end up calling to ask about that. Again, I wish I had some type of bill to explain, I find it odd I didn't. But I've never stayed in a hotel before so maybe I needed to ask for one and that's on me ? Overall the location was close to everything that I'd consider staying there again, even if we aren't able to use the pool.
