Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. It is dated and could use a renovation but the location was excellent and offered many options for food, shopping, and enjoying the beauty of Vancouver.

This was our second time staying at the Sutton Place Hotel and we would definitely stay again. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Everyone at the entrance and front desk is very friendly and helpful. It's in an excellent location and we enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, fitness center and restaurant.

The room was ok and had everything we needed. It was just above the street on a busy corner and so very noisy. The elevator was right next to the unit and the elevator made a noise every time it moved. This was annoying.
