「This place is so nice. We thought the steps might be a concern but they really were not.」

「Comfortable stay for a family of 5. Great location and quiet. Communicative and understanding host!」

「Stop. Just stop scrolling through houses. If this house came up in your search filters, you’re probably looking for a great place for a big group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a big enough kitchen to prepare some buffet style meals. You have found that and then some!! The kitchen is suitable for a Michelin star meal. Everyone gets their own bedroom and most will have their own bathroom. Did I mention two kitchens?? Two dishwashers in the main kitchen!! Two front loading sets of...

「Lovely space. So delighted by the king size bed. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Easy access to Metro and access into the Capital. 5 stars, would stay here again. 」

「The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

「Clean room. Quiet.」

「Overall this home was exactly like advertised. If you are looking for a home at a reasonable price that will accommodate a large group with places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms, this is the place. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Extremely convenient to DC. The only thing we noticed is the home is showing signs of wear from hosting larger groups and good use a bit of a refresh.」

「Beautiful and spacious, clean and updated, and comfortably housed 4 adults, with space in main living area for an air mattress if needed. Great location, and able to easily walk to Metro, area restaurants, shopping, and not a far drive from DC and other sites of interest. Host was thorough and prompt when responding to questions. Highly recommend if wanting to stay close to but outside of DC area, with easy access to Metro. LOVED IT!!! 」
