"The place is dated but staff were very friendly. Carpet in room looked new and bed was comfortable and clean. Needs work in other areas. Couch and chair had stains and a smell, definitely needs to be replaced. They did indicate they are doing renovations so hopefully those things will get done. "

"I travel with a large family. Typically three adults and three children. This room was comparable to a small condo and was sufficient space for my entire family. I normally rule out hotels because of our family size, but I’ll definitely be booking at Hyatt House in the future."
