Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway at Massanutten Resort! This beautifully 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is ideally located just minutes from all the resort’s top amenities, including skiing, water parks, golf, hiking, and more.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept main floor featuring cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, gleaming oak hardwood floors, and a cozy gas fireplace you can enjoy from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for family meals or entertaining.

Unwind in the spacious great room with a large TV or head outside to one of the largest decks in the resort—perfect for grilling, dining, and relaxing under the stars. The deck includes ample seating, a picnic table, and a propane griddle (propane provided).

Third Bedroom: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top)

Lower Level:
The bright, walkout basement includes a spacious game room with a pool table, large TV, and comfortable seating. A fourth bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and seating area provides a private retreat, along with another full bath and a laundry room.

Everything from the furniture to the bedding and kitchen supplies is brand new, ensuring a comfortable and stylish stay.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners
Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA
neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including
families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your
host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with
written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check
MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

My family had a great time staying here. The driveway is steep so definitely suggest 4x4 if you go in the winter.

Lovely Stay

Gorgeous new home with everything you need! We loved our stay and the scenery was beautiful. Great layout, especially with our little kids it was nice to have everything on one floor and such a great open floor plan.

A Wonderful Stay in the Mountains!

We had a fantastic stay at this mountain retreat! The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The peaceful surroundings and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. The only challenge was the steep driveway, so be prepared for that if you’re visiting. Overall, we highly recommend this property and would love to return! 5/5!

We loved our stay in Massanutten for our family reunion. Lots to do for all age groups. Hiking, golf, swimming, water park, etc. The house was new. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

JMU Parent Weekend

Great place with lots of space to move around. Could use another sofa and some landscape improvements and new deck furniture. Overall great place! Loved watching the deer!

Great Location!

Loved the home! it was clean and comfortable. We stayed Father's Day weekend with both of our Dad's, my husband's mom and our granddaughter. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Kevin was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Massanutten!

Nice home!

It's a great home and in a nice location! Bright and airy and has plenty of space. Good communication with the owner when we asked for a few things. Just a heads up that bath soap/body wash is not provided, and the closest store outside the resort is about 4 miles away.

Perfect Location

House was close to all activities. Very nice & roomy, Each family member had their own room. Very large front deck. Pool table was a plus for the kids. There were 2 Christmas trees also. Plenty of kitchen utensils & spices.

Family Trip

House over all clean and comfortable. MB towel rack needs to be tighten. Windows cleaned. Drive way a little scary. Location was great. For being pet friendly there are no signs or smells. Would love to have had a cleaning spray to wipe down cabinets and table between meals. Didn't think of bringing it. We had a wonderful stay, very close to everything. Communication with owner was immediate. Thanks so much for great memories.

Great location, Nice home

This property and location was great for our extended weekend. I’m am very peculiar about the cleanliness of where I stay, but I must say, this place was well maintained. It was sufficiently stocked. We were only a couple of minutes away from tubing, ski lodge and rec center. Restaurants were also nearby. The only rating that failed to score high was communication with the property manager. There were no instructions on trash pickup. I was unable to reach him throughout my stay and my questions remained unanswered. Regardless of that, I would definitely recommend this home to others.

July 4th getaway

Inviting and quiet getaway

Really enjoyed our stay! The quiet location allowed us to unplug and unwind. There was no want for amenities as everything was provided. If we ever head back to that area, we'll most likely stay here at Kevin's place. Thanks for a great experience.

Great place!

Everything was great. Plenty of supplies were provided, easy check in and check out, house was clean, nice overlook in back and in front, deer came up to the house numerous times, couldn’t even hear anything outside on decks, overall great. We did have one issue, the carpenter bees are horrific, they swarm the decks, and it doesn’t matter which one you’re on, they come, the back deck isn’t has bad but still there. If it weren’t for that excessive carpenter bee population, easy 5 star.

Clean but needs an update.

The listing is certainly misleading as it says “newly” built. We actually stayed in this house 5 years ago and it was not new then. The house was clean except for the living room chair and couch. They are very stained and definitely need replacing. The bedrooms also all have beds that squeak by just touching them so you can imagine how they are all night. The only other note would be the downstairs shower needs maintenance on the spout that pours out when the shower head is on. The house is in a great location though!

Stress Free Stay

Our family traveled in for two nights to attend our daughters graduation from JMU. We loved how close this home was to the JMU Campus, Costco, and the Massanutten amenities. Directions were clear for checking in and out of the property and finishes, furniture, etc., was exactly as advertised online. Our family enjoyed our time together and even saw some snow the morning we checked out. Would recommend this property to other families in the future.
