"This property is awesome and very unique. From the large indoor pool with diving board, to the old time cassette player, to the beautiful views. Our group of 12 people slept very comfortably (almost every bedroom has its own bathroom) and had a lot of fun. Only negative is that the electrical system was not fully working throughout the house. Once that is fixed I would recommend this property to any large group (friends, family, mixture of friends and family) finding a place to stay."

"Our stay was great. It is a nice little home and clean and comfortable inside. 3 bedrooms for 3 people, ample parking, a coffee pot and conveniently located for our trip to see colleagues at OSU. I would stay there again in the future if it were available. "

"I traveled with 3 adults to visit my son at OSU. The place was nicely decorated, very clean and the two main rooms were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again. "

"This house was beautiful and perfect for two families to stay together on a joint vacation. It was within walking distance of multiple restaurants and a short drive to the wedding venue we were attending."

"We have stayed at the Donovan house 3 years running. Dale has been great and the house is not too far from campus. "

"The house inside was as advertised. Beds were good, showers were good, plenty of linens and nice appliances. We had a big group so the number of glasses and bowls available was not really enough without washing dishes each day. Also, not really the fault of the owners at all, but there is a train track right next to the property and a train went by, blaring its horn through the intersection at 3:30am both nights we were there which woke everyone up so if you stay there, be aware that may happen....

"The Old Rock Quarry Studio is homey, comfortable, and clean. It features everything you might want in an extended stay. As mentioned in a previous stay with this host, there is a notable attention to detail here. It is green out of every window, and skylights that open add clean, country air. Note that parking is for one car including local guests. Note too that Check-out is 10:00, not the usual 11:00, I had to apologize for my failure to do so on time. I'll look for this place the next time I am visiting nearby Adair Village."
