Very nice property. Everything was spick and span clean. Kitchen was great. It was really nice to have garage access.The fourth “bedroom” is actually the living room with a futon, not very private, but the other three rooms are nice.

Everything was okay. There was not enough room for everyone to watch tv together or eat together. Having to go up and down the stairs to shower was an inconvenience especially for my parents. The grill was dirty and broken, chairs inside were broken and wobbled, can opener didn’t work, and the shower kept flooding. Other than a few things, this place is great for family vacation.

Perfect home. I will be staying here again when I come back to McAllen.The location is close to the mall, and many nearby restaurants, as well as the only Costco and Top Golf in the valley (less then 3 mins from the home).Joann was super helpful and friendly, always responsive. She gave me clear instructions how to checkin.The pool is next to the home, so that makes the ambience of the home even more comfortable and lovely.5/5 stay, everything great

We were in the Valley for my birthday and had an amazing time. Joanne made everything so simple. She was always so attentive and texted right away with any questions. The condo is Beautiful in a very nice neighborhood and I would Highly recommend staying here. 5 Stars all the way!!!

Family emergency

Fabulous! Clean! Wonderful!

Such a fabulous townhouse! Literally RIGHT NEXT to the pool! It was like having our own private pool! The house is very very clean, beds sooo comfortable! Linens were very nice and clean! Having an extra bathroom downstairs made this place such a delight for our pool goers! Garage access to the house in a gated community was such a sense of security. Fabulous neighbors and the house is exactly as described. Hosts were WONDERFUL to work with and beyond accommodating when we needed an extra day! We will stay here again and highly recommend! Also sooo close to everything you could need!

Great stay

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. It felt like home from far away. PJ & Joana were also real nice and attentive. We will definitely be back when we’re back in the area!

Amazing!

What can I say, the process from beginning to end was super easy. Our host JoAnn, was so nice and courteous. Anytime i had a question she responded. The day you check in she gives you instructions and they are step by step, to make it very simple. First of all the home is very clean. The home is nice has all the amenities you need. The home has 3 rooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms and down stairs its the living room area with a sofabed and is very comfortable to sleep in and plus a half bath. I have nothing negative to say. I recommend the home. The only downfall was the grill. Our family wanted to grill outside so my kids ask the neighbor to let us borrow her large grill and she did. She was super nice. Once we got done with her grill, she asked for us to cleaned it and put it back where she had it. The place does have a small grill except it is electric(george foreman grill). We wanted Charcoal so thats why we asked the neighbor for the grill. As I said before, the home is great and you will not regret your stay, we loved it.

Spectacular Stay!!!

JoAnne was such an awesome host! Initially, due to my mistake, we had a small issue gaining access to the development, but JoAnne was so super responsive it was incredible. The property was perfect and the residence just perfect. It was really comfortable and homey. We loved it and will be back next year! David Nesbit II

Great rental

Overall enjoyed my stay. Great location with easy access to the expressway. Kitchen had all of the essentials. The bed was comfortable. I had concerns that maybe the pool activity was going to be too loud (since it is right outside of the unit), but that was never a problem. People did not stay much past 10pm. Only thing I wish this rental had was some outdoor furniture to better enjoy the pool or pergola. The pool area had nothing at all even though the photos gave impression of a hammock there. Minor complaint though. I would definitely stay here again!

Vacation with family

Host made us feel right at home. We pretty much had all the essential needed for our first night there. Host was very quick to reply back with answers to my questions. Loved that the pool was right outside. Place was pretty peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

2nd stay
