You've heard of you get what you pay for, it's true. BUT the staff here makes it feel oh so grand! Lovely smiles and welcomings from everyone! They know what they have to work with, and they do it so well! So yes, small prices for small rooms, but BIG on the customer service. And I'll say this now for past and future references, anyone who says otherwise about this location is obviously entitled and think they deserve more for less. This place gives more, because they WANT to! Great job staff!

Motel 6 in Mission TX

Everything was good. Except for the desk clerks in the morning and noon making me feel a lil uncomfortable. When I went in to check in, the lady at the front desk was nice. She gave me my card and I walked away out of her line of sight towards the vending machines. And I guess she was looking thru the cameras and saw I was at the vending machine. She then approached me and said that the vending machine doesn't work that I would have to give her the money so that she could then open the vending machine to take the items out. And I was confused as how she knew I was looking at the vending machine if she wasn't around. I then thought to myself that she was watching me thru the cameras. So I ignored it and made my way to my room. I then left my room to go get my things from my vehicle as soon as i came back in, there she was again walked right in front of me like she was trying to see what I was bringing in. Which was my duffle bag with clothes, necessity's and a bag with food. She made me feel uncomfortable then again. Which I then proceeded to ignore and walk to my room. When it came time to check out the next day there was another person there. As I left out the building to my vehicle. I couldn't help but to notice him standing outside acting like he was doing something. As I started my vehicle and started to leave he was just looking at me. Once again a very uncomfortable feeling. Felt like they were being nosey and were invading my personal space. Bad experience.

The front desk staff were very helpful and hospitable. They have coin operated washing machines and dryers on the property which really came in handy! Love that all Motel 6 hotels are pet friendly at no additional cost. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave which was really convenient. This location is right off the expressway so it’s easy to access. Thank you for the comfortable stay.
