「The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging.」

「Not our first time, and deff not our last stay at Casa. Friendly staff, cozy roof top restaurant with amazing views of Wanale Hill, always clean rooms and perfectly situated on a quiet street near the city center.
