"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed.
So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...

"施設は清潔に保たれていました。中庭で の朝食はアットホームで良かったです。チェックインの時施設入り口の鍵が閉まっており、インタファンを何回か押しましたが、返事がなく施設にどのように入ったら良いか困惑しましたが、たまたま通りがかった近所の方が入館をサポートしてくださり、助かりました。"
