Staff was not co-operative, no clean room. One of male staff in the day shift was not allowed to take drinking water.
Night shift male staff is really good and co-operative in nature.
Images online did not match the room in real time. Windows were missing glass & covered in plastic. The shower facility was in very poor condition. The bed linens were stained with rust or something.
We were able to get into the room early.
La habitación estaba en mal estado, no fue lo que yo reservé, ganchos en mal estado, olor a húmedo en toda la habitación, habitación sucia, colchones en mal estado con resortes salidos, ropa de cama sucia y manchada, funda de almohada con manchas de sangre, a parte el encargado hizo el comentario que esa habitación no la tenía a la venta y estaba bloqueada. NO RECOMENDABLE
La habitacion muy pequeña, abria mi ventana y estaba una inmensa pared que no dejaba ver nada. Se me termino el papel sanitario y solicite 1 y me dijeron que no tenian, la televicion no funcionaba tubo que acudir el personal de mtto a revisarla, colochones muy duros, el clima muy viejo hacia un ruido espantoso.. Mi hospedaje era para 5 noches y solo pase 1 ahi me tube que cambiar a otro hotel...

Tiene una buena ubicación, pero nos tocó cuando estaban haciendo el desasolve en la entrada de la calle y olía terrible, afortunadamente nos cambiaron a las habitaciones del 3er piso
El hotel es viejo, antiguo, y eso se nota a primera vista porque no se han dado a la tarea de actualizar, mejorar o siquiera darle mantenimiento a ninguno de los elementos del hotel en general. Las puertas no cierran bien, las ventanas no se pueden abrir porque están oxidadas, los baños y sus muebles son del año del caldo.
La habitación que me dieron solo constaba de una cama y nadamás, sin siquiera un buró para poner tus cosas. El colchón estaba duro y se sentían los resortes. El aire acondicionado arrojaba polvo, el ventilador estaba sucio, por lo que además sufrimos de calor. Los pasillos olían a trapo sucio cuando los acababan de limpiar. El personal no es amable con los huéspedes. No hay elevador. Entre otras cosas.
