"An awesome experience as usual, Riu has never disappointed me that's the reason we keep coming back. The only thing is that this time we stayed at the family suite room 3146 and the WiFi and cellphone signal weren't working at all. Once we got to main level 💯 %"

"Everything was lovely. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past. This time I was offered an oceanfront view, overlooking the Malecon. I'm a light sleeper, so that was a BIG mistake...tons of traffic and what sounded like a parade until after 10:30 p.m. (when I took a pill and fell asleep). Nothing the hotel did, but just saying...."
