"This was a "work" trip to visit the coffee farm and get information on importing green coffee. The cottages were very clean and equiped with everything you could need for your stay. The staff didn't speak any English which was a little bit of a barrier since we didn't speak Spanish, but with the help of google translate it worked. "The WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at in my 70 years! 1 towel in room for 2 people. NO hot water. AC that barely worked. NO way to lock my door. I had to sleep with a chair blocking the door for security! When I checked out after 1 night of my 3 night stay they gave me NO refund! Horrible!!!"
