CRITICAL NOTE: AC exists ONLY in the living room. Bedrooms have NO AC. The central spiral staircase is extremely steep, narrow, and wobbly.. Not appropriate for all. Handicap accessibility is limited - but elevator is great. The home is spacious, with a large, perfectly tempered pool, a generous kitchen, easy key access, reliable internet, and a kind, flexible, and responsive host. With the heatwave, the lack of AC & fans in all bedrooms forced most of us to sleep in the living room, which had not a strong enough AC and only one couch for 3 people to sit. Living room is too small for a family. TV/satellite service intermittent. Unfortunately, the refrigerator cooled unevenly, causing food waste. Essentials like a hand towel, hand soap were missing. A toaster would have been good. For the bathroom, towel rack broke when we first arrived, shower was squeaky so it woke everyone. No cold water. Faucets not easy to use. Previously used shampoo bottles left in showers. Towels mismatched in sizes and still had tags (needed to be washed first). Mattress covers were provided instead of fitted sheets. Bedding included two fitted sheets with few pillows but new sheets. Beds upstairs not same as ad - room is bizarre and two beds were not laid out. Outside, the pool could be cleaner but still great. House has amazing potential, but today is suited for guests comfortable with more basic 2* accommodations.
