En ocasiones tardan en responder los mensajes, reserve por Expedia para pagar con tarjeta, sin embargo, les escribí por whats para reservar algunos servicios, lamentablemente para poder hacerlo me obligaron a pagarlo en el momento lo antes posible y en efectivo, al pagar en efectivo ya no pude agregar mis servicios extras, como pague finalmente en efectivo y tenía mi reserva en Expedia no sabia si debia cancelarla o ellos marcarla como pagado en la app, al preguntarles me dijeron que así la dejara porque si la cancelaba me cobrarían el total que cobran ellos a pesar de que ya había pagado mi reserva, por fortuna no tenía vinculada mi tarjeta en Expedia, suelen ser poco amable para dar atención y aclara dudas.

De las peores cosas es que había chinches, regresamos con piquetes por todo el cuerpo. A eso le sumamos que en pleno baño se terminó el gas y casi morimos de frío en lo que descubrían porque no había agua caliente, tomando en cuenta que estábamos en la sierra y el clima por la tarde es muy fresco. También al estar cocinando se terminó el gas de la parrilla y nos quedamos a mitad de preparación. Las batas de baños nos fueron entregadas por la noche el último día de nuestra estancia. Detalles como estos para un lugar que no es el más económico no deberían de ocurrir. La vista muy bonita pero la experiencia no fue lo que esperábamos por el precio que pagamos.

We had mixed feelings about our stay here, but in the end, didn't regret it. They communicated with us through many (12 ) WhatsApp messages, in Spanish. I would have preferred a single email, in English. Maybe then we wouldn't have been surprised by a few things such as: you can't drive up to the bubble. You park in one area and are driven to the bubbles in an ATV. The parking area is a solid 25 mins from Mazamitla which makes going out to eat, hiking to the waterfall, etc. a challenge. The first day we almost left because the people in the bubble next to us were listening to electronic dance music loudly. We asked management twice to ask them to turn it down. Really destroyed the "nature" vibe. Luckily they checked out the next morning and the second day was peaceful. Bring earplugs anyways because inside, the bubbles are noisy as they're constantly being inflated, like a bouncy-house. On the plus side, Juan (the host) was super enthusiastic and accommodating. The soaking tub was hot and it was a unique experience. Would recommend, but not for more than one or two nights. You can tell they're trying hard, they just need to decide if they're a "nature" place or a "party" place and communicate in your preferred language, preferably through email. Personally, I don't like being bombarded by texts. The kitchen is quite limited so recommend bringing food that doesn't need cooking-- sandwiches, yogurt, granola, fruit. Go for it-- just be clear on what you're getting into!
