Will not be staying here or booking with Expedia again. Booked a suite but they didn’t have one. Room was plain and clean but bare minimum on extras. No telephone. Asked about refund and that was a laugh. Once bitten lesson learned

Staying here for granddaughters MSU graduation. Not the newest or fanciest hotel in town but okay for me.

The check in was terrible, but it was not the hotels fault it was Expedias fault. The “virtual card” that Expedia provided to the hotel kept saying insufficient funds. I couldn’t cancel or check in ether one. Had to call at least 5 different numbers to finally get ahold of a person that was not AI. Took a hour and a half to get checked in.

The staff was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and fresh and we also enjoyed having a living area/kitchenette separate from the bedroom. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We booked 2 nights and left to go to another hotel after the first night. The room has a horrible moldy smell. We bought some air fresheners but it didn't help and it was unbearable. The toilet was leaking and the room felt dirty overall. We've stayed here a few times over the years and the hotel has completely gone downhill.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out went fast and smoothly. The rooms have had some up-grades to them, but my room was a bit musty. The rooms did have a nice small refrigerator, microwave and a small 1 cup coffee maker. The outlets in the lamps worked, but my plugs did not fit tightly in them so I was checking to see if things were being charged or not. Overall, my stay was fine, but typically stay in a higher end hotel, not motel. Also, my vehicle was backed into from a customer at the restaurant next door. The hotel staff called my immediately and the restaurant owner was also very helpful.

Clean, affordable spot!

We were in Murray moving our Son in for college. We need an economical but nice place to stay. Best Western was great! Jessica at the front desk was super nice and professional right down to giving us dinner recommendations. Would stay again when I’m tired!
