「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」
「I am frugal when it comes to hotels. My wife and 12yo both asked 'are you sure this is the right hotel? ' when we entered the room. Location isn't the best but it's interesting. The amount of wildlife we was from the parking lot - alligators and a giant egret nest was amazing BUT it is across the bridge from Hilton Head peoper. Not a concern at all if you're interested in seeing Bluffton and it literally nest to the bridge.
Overall depends on what you're in town for. Beaches, awesome. You just...

「This place is just barely holding on. None of the ice machines worked, there were guests sitting in the hallway due to multiple people (MULTIPLE) staying in the rooms, I think they were permanent. No breakfast. If I would have known all these things in advance I would have paid more and stayed somewhere else.」
「The hotel itself is old, so I can't say that the room was clean, but it was clean enough to show that it was well-maintained. The front staff greeted me with a smile when I checked out, and it was a pleasant start to my day.」
