The property was in fair condition. The driveway was in need of repair. The rooms were spacious, but absent of furniture. There was a bed a small desk and an office chair, but there was a large living space with nothing in it. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.

Rooms were decent sized, but beds were both in bad shape. Hard to sleep due to the conditions. The pool was cold and grossly dirty. Dead bugs and hair floating around and did not smell like any chlorine was in it. Breakfast was rough, outside the waffle. Drinks tasted weird and coffee was bad. To top it off, the roof was leaking like crazy during a rain storm on the first day
