"The WiFi we were never able to use. It was down and being worked on when we got there. We’ve never stayed at a hotel checking in on a Thursday and not be able to check in a little bit early. We were told we would be called when we were able to check in and we never received that call. Then it took forever to get more towels, we had to call the front desk 3 times before we received more towels. The next day we asked for more clean towels and the front desk lady named Marley said didn’t I give you towels yesterday? We’ve never been asked this question before I told her yes you did and I’ll give you the dirty towels when you come to bring us clean towels. Needless to say we will not be staying in another Holiday Inn again. We stayed at another one, one other time and was told we could not check in early so we are done with holiday inn we’ve had much better experiences at other hotels in the area."

"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "

"It’s disappointing to write this review due to the photo it leads you to believe that you’re getting a great deal on a great room, but that couldn’t be the furthest thing from the truth. To start things off the room smells of nothing but Indian food. There’s mold in the shower, toilet and tub faucet. The doors do not close all the way and the room is extremely nosy. The bedsheets are stained some have holes and had a odor to them that was unpleasant. The nice bath tub you is deteriorating, the jets and led lights do not work. To make matters worse they have a re occurring issue with a male who will beat on your door for 15 minutes straight at 4am that they’ve identified but haven’t taken permanent measures to address it. Also the deposit is 100 dollars instead of the 60 that’s listed and asked for in cash.If you’re thinking about staying here to save money, DONT! Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks to go somewhere that won’t make you regret your purchase as a whole."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several maintenance issues that impacted our experience. The primary bedroom lights and electrical outlets were not working, and the refrigerator was also not functioning properly, which made food storage difficult. We also encountered some bugs inside the home.While the property appeared generally clean, there were a few areas that needed more attention. Communication with the owner did happen, but responses were slower than we would have hoped given the issues.I hope these items are addressed, as the home has potential to provide a much better experience.We requested for a partial refund but no response."
