The villas ghave a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
 
All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage. You can park one car at the accommodation without any problems.

Entspannten Wochenenden mit Freunden

Gut ausgestatteter Wohncontainer. Es gibt die Möglichkeit eine Klimaanlage dazu zu buchen. Die Lage ist abhängig vom Preis, den man zahlen möchte. Der Checkin hat auch nach der Öffnungszeit der Rezeption funktioniert. Wir hätten gerne Fahrräder reserviert, jedoch ist es nur bis 17 Uhr möglich und deswegen einen vollen ganzen Tag zusätzlich zu bezahlen wollten wir aucz nicht. Checkout war ebenfalls unkompliziert. Es gibt eine KI geführten WhatsApp Kommunikation, welche sehr hilfreich war. Für ein Wochenende war es eine gute Unterkunft, für länger mit 4 Erwachsenen könnte es echt sehr eng werden.

Ferien auf der Baustelle

Unterkunft, Umgebung sowie Ausstattung wie beschrieben und bis auf kleinere Mängel (fremde Fakenails im Badezimmerschrank 🤢, Kaffeemaschine leicht schmuddelig) auch völlig in Ordnung. Leider recht hellhörig, so dass Kühlschrank und die Nespresso z.B. im mittleren Schlafzimmer als sehr störend wahrgenommen worden sind. Auch die räumliche Nähe zum Nachbarn muss man mögen. Das Team vor Ort ist sehr nett und immer bemüht, aufkommende Probleme zu lösen. Wir wurden vor Ankunft in Kenntnis gesetzt, dass an 2 Tagen der Zugang zum Objekt aufgrund von Asphaltierungsarbeiten eingeschränkt ist. Tatsächlich war die gesamte Woche von umfangreichen Bautätigkeiten geprägt. Ab 7.00 Uhr war i. d. R. Ende mit der Nachtruhe. Bei der Ankunft war das zugewiesene Objekt aufgrund eines offenen Grabens nicht erreichbar, so dass wir ein anderes, besseres Objekt bekamen. Danke dafür. Es war uns auch nicht an allen Tagen möglich die Anlage mit unserem Auto dann zu verlassen wenn wir das wollten, da der einzige Weg durch Baufahrzeuge und Material versperrt war. Auch hier wurde eine kurzfristige und unbürokratische Lösung gefunden. Wie gesagt, das Team war sehr bemüht. Aber die Unterkunft hätte unter diesen Voraussetzungen nicht (zum vollen Preis) vermietet werden dürfen. Wir hoffen, dass künftige Bewohner die Anlage wie angepriesen nutzen und genießen können.
