「Great people to rent from. Amazing communication and fast response. The house was amazing and a great place to stay away from home.」

「We loved our stay! The house was cute, and the host thought of everything. Our little pups enjoyed the backyard, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. Thank you!!!」

「The house is roomy and secluded, with a fully stocked kitchen - though the bowls are plastic. It was nice that the bedrooms are located at the corners of the house giving each couple privacy.CAUTION if you have KIDS - the wifi router is located in the kid's bunk room, in the back of a cabinet! We suppose that was to get signal to both the house and pool area, yet it is a hazard to the kids health. 「Lovely house! Everything was exactly as described and it was the perfect location for a girls’ weekend trip! The beds were all comfortable and the common areas were spacious with lots of seating options. We will definitely book again!」

「Best place to stay in Simpsonville. Great location! Great house. Super comfortable.」

「I've been doing home sharing for the last two years this place on Adger St. is one of the best stays in a while well located to stores & very close to bus routes if traveling with no vehicle quiet area and property is well maintained with all the amenities you need I travel with a service animal and was well received thanks so much」

「The house was clean, comfy and great communication with the host.」

「The home was clean and comfortable. The host was great and the fact they left the sweets, snacks and a beverages around the home was a nice touch. It’s obvious they know how to make their guests feel welcome.」

「Clean and comfortable!」

「We had an amazing family vacation at Stephanie’s property. She communicated with us ahead of time and during our stay. The house had spacious 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths which was perfect for our entire family. The neighborhood pool was a fun added touch for the kids and adults to cool off and have fun. Great location and access to downtown Greenville and local stores/restaurants. Highly recommend this for a future stay.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home has been recently renovated with many upgrades and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting under the gazebo in the fenced backyard. Great communication with the host, as well. I would definitely recommend this property if you are visiting Greenville. 」

「We first thought house was in a questionable neighborhood. But once we settled in, we realized it's just in a older area that is being revitalized. We walked around without feeling unsafe and everyone was friendly. The location was great. We walked to Unity Park and downtown easily. The house was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The beds in both rooms were extremely FIRM, which were uncomfortable to sleep on for us. But someone that likes a hard bed would be ok.」

「The place was perfectly suited for my wife, our dog and I. The location was excellent! Our host Renee was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time!」

「Very comfy house.」
