My family visited our relatives during Tet holiday and stayed at Muong Thanh for a month. It was such a wonderful experience, especially with the amazing staff! I recently spent a week at the hotel and was really happy with the service - all the staff members are incredibly polite and hardworking. A highlight of my stay was being invited to watch the staff beach volleyball match, so fun! The hotel is on a beautiful white sand beach and also has a wide range of facilities like tennis and padel courts and also runs a good daily activity program. Some of these were very good but there is some room for improvement in the quality of some of the activities. Thank you to Khanh and Quan for checking on me everyday to ensure everything was ok, and for making special requests for me for vegetarian food - they are exceptional managers. Thanks also to Jim for playing table tennis with me!
