"Adorable property walking distance into historic Loveland. Grabbed breakfast two mornings before heading up to Cincy Open. House had everything we needed and looked exactly like photos. Clean and cozy."
"This home in Loveland, Ohio was absolutely amazing in so many ways. It looks like a doll house from the outside. It is located just outside of Cincinnati proper, and it is only 12-15 minutes from the Cincinnati Open Tennis tournament. It is in a quaint little town with many restaurants within walking distance. The front wraparound porch was so inviting. We sat there for coffee in the morning and had a glass of wine in the evening. There was also a porch swing. It has a lovely back yard that is fenced in. Inside, you will find a gorgeous, updated kitchen with everything you could need. The living room/den was very cozy and there is a smart TV. One bedroom is downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The beds are quite comfortable. One full bath can be found downstairs, and a half bath is upstairs. The house feels so welcoming. The owner is delightful, and she has thought of everything that one could possibly need. I will tell all my friends and family about this gem. I hope to stay there again in the future. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this property! The house was incredibly comfortable and had plenty of space for the two of us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Everything was immaculately clean — it honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there! From the moment we booked, our host, Joe and Karina were friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive to any questions we had. It’s clear they take great pride in both the home and the guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and spotless getaway."

"The location is fantastic—just a mile from downtown Loveland, which we loved!However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our experience. The house could benefit from a deep clean; the floors felt sticky and had a noticeable dirtiness, and there was an old, musty smell that lingered throughout. Fortunately, we spent most of our time out and only used the house for sleeping and showering.Additionally, the two rooms on the east side lack curtains, which made it difficult to sleep due to the neighbor's motion flood light and the early sunrise.This home has great potential, and I hope these suggestions help enhance future guests' experiences."
