気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス
My experience at this property was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the room was not ready, which was inconvenient after a long journey. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were also not up to expectations — the washroom was dirty, there were used bedsheets, and even the towels provided were unclean.
Basic amenities were missing as well. There was no drinking water or even a glass in the room, and I had to repeatedly request the staff for essentials, which should ideally be provided without asking.
Overall, the stay lacked comfort and basic hygiene standards. I would recommend the management improve their housekeeping and ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in. This would make a big difference in guest experience.
