「We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Amanda's house. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and also to many local shops, bars and bistros. Newbiggin is the best base to explore many of the area's attractions: Lindisfarne, Newcastle or Yorkshire. 「We stayed here for 2 nights for my 50th birthday. Jane was fantastic, decorating the cabin after a (very!) last minute request from my other half, and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin is beautiful and surprisingly spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views from the terrace and hot tub are beautiful.
