「Great 3 day stay on the island - from pick up at the airport and boat transfer to the end of our stay everything was really well organised, very friendly helpful staff. Lovely large beach front chalet with balcony and sun loungers, very strong aircon and no mosquitos!! For an island I was expecting limited food quality but I was pleasantly surprised. 「This is an old a little run down but for transfer divers it is great . My dive resort offered to pick me up at the airport the next morning for free , I opted to pay a taxi driver 50RM , about $15 USD . So worth it because the town is fun at night , many local restaurants, many gift shops , even a place to exchange money . Massage was about $25 USD , legitimate massage . The seafest hotel is at the ideal spot but that was sold out . This one was perfect , I even had a great view of the water ....

「The hotel is in a very noisy area. With dogs barking on and off during the night. It didn’t help that the windows were closed the noise still came through. Room was small but clean what we needed for the night. We were plagued by children begging in the envions. What would be useful in the information for this hotel was that a 100 MYR cash deposit was required to be paid before getting the room. We did ask to have a late check out but it was refused as the hotel was full. The staff did assist...

「We stayed in a twin room. While not large, it was as expected. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning was very efficient. Great value for a comfortable stay where we didn’t intend on spending a lot of time in the room. 」

「Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. 」

「Hôtel bien situé et plein de charme. La jetée avec départ direct pour les excursions est un vrai plus, cela évite de passer par la ville, et il est possible de réserver sur place. La possibilité de se baigner est appréciable, mais la mer est malheureusement assez polluée. Des filets ont été installés pour protéger les nageurs, ce qui est une bonne initiative, mais cela reste peu engageant visuellement. Nous avons été déçus par la gestion des excursions. 「It had air conditioning and a hot shower. The room we booked was a twin room and there was plenty of room to open your bags. With that said, the stairwell was not fun to use because it was narrow and steep. Getting the bags up was a hassle. The power was out for most of a day, so that was pretty miserable to be in. The room was good enough for the price. You get what you pay for. 」
