「宿泊は普通です。ジャケットをクローゼットに忘れたのをチェックアウトのその日の夕方に連絡したらOK調べ取って置くとの返事でした。2日後に取りに行くと連絡して行ったが、その時にクローゼットを探し始め、ルームマーキングの人にコンタクトをする始末でした。出て来たら送りますとの事で、25日経っても連絡なし。対応したのはバーカウンターのお兄ちゃんでマネージャーらしき人は一度も顔を出さない。何かあった時の対応がゼロです。ニュージーランドの思い出が半減した。」

「The owners live next door, but we were never disturbed (hopefully we didn't disturb them as we had a 3.5yr old and a 7mth old). We were given a nice welcome. Bathroom was a little dated, but was in excellent condition, and shower was great. Kitchen is small, with minimal work space, but functional. Owner has been advised to be clearer with the description of the 'oven' as it's an air fryer oven, so is very small. Other than that the beds are very comfy, the place is very clean, the views...

「Black and White Retreat was just perfect for us with all amenities we needed. Clean, comfortable (great, comfy bed). Great location, quiet and only a short, flat walk to the beach and even quicker to the boat ramp. Great outdoor spaces which was wonderful for when the family arrived for a beach day and accommodated 11 of us for a pre dinner drink really easily.
