Foi uma estadia boa, só acho que deveria ter mais recreação para alegrar. Equipe do resort atenciosa,comidas boas e bebidas de qualidade.A vila deveria ter preços melhores principalmente nos brinquedos.Gostei dos shows na pracinha,achei ótima a ideia do ônibus para nos levar a Villa.

Outros resorts tem serviço melhor com preços mais em conta. Esperei mais pelo valor mas as opções de entretenimento foi inferior ao esperado e alimentação na ala mar, onde me hospedei tinha pouca variedade no cardápio.

Gistaria se ressaltar que , o numero de cadeiras e guarda-sois na praia que atende a ala mar é absolutamente insuficiente. Todos os dias da minha estadia precisei me estressar com isso. Ou vc marca como muitos fazem e somem ou vc fica numa fila debaixo do sol ate que o funcionario busque nas alas que saem do hotel deles , como o pessoal do brisa e usa a estrutura destinada a ala mar. Se houver cadeiras e sombreiros suficientes ,ok.Mas nao foi o caso. Ressalto que os rapazes sao muito prestativos e nao poderiam mesmo fazer nada. Outra coisa foi o bar da praia do ala mar , dentre todos , deixou muito a desejar no atendimento e por fim precisa ter uma play list diversificada para a area da piscina. Tocaram as mesmas musicas todos os dias , lembrando que nem todo mundo curte musica sertaneja e axé de 9h da manha ate 18h... A cozinha ganha destaque especial e positivo , funcionam e trabalham muito! Todos os atendentes muito prestativos , pacientes e boa comida! A praia é otima tirando o problemas de cadeiras , piscina tb tirando as musicas repetitivas , comida boa, bem feita. E precisa dar um up no restaurante da praia ala mar; otimos funcionarios . Serviços de quarto ok , dentro do esperado.

Local para voltar sempre que possível. Cometeram uma falha que para o nível do hotel é um erro básico, em um dia de hospedagem, não arrumaram o quarto e não trocaram as toalhas.

Sem problemas, o all inclusive funcionou bem, alimentação foi boa, sem nenhum estresse. Atendentes bem receptivos e prestativos. Drinks bem feitos, quartos lipos todos os dias. Atendem os pedidos com presteza. O quarto é bom. A vila é um charme. E a quermesse também.

Boa opção , mas pode melhorar

Sem dúvidas a localização e a estrutura de praia são sensacionais. O ponto fraco fica para a comida, talvez menos variedade e mais sabor . Infelizmente, num jantar e num almoço encontrei fios de cabelo na salada . A limpeza poderia ser mais cuidadosa , muito pó embaixo das camas e nos cantos. Se as escadas de acesso aos quartos fossem melhor cuidadas em termos de limpeza , seria uma ótima opção e evitaria o uso do elevador.

Lugar lindo pra relaxar, apenas uma decepção

O local é lindo demais, muito tranquilo pra descansar e relaxar. A estrutura é boa. A experiência pra mim não 100% porque me sentir lesado na questão da compra. Comprei a opção de vista para o mar a mais cara disponível e a opção do melhor quarto também, inclusive nas fotos do quarto tinha banheira, mas na realidade parece que o ala mar nem opção de quarto com banheira têm. O meu quarto ficou com vista pra piscina bem diferente do anúncio de compra. Não reclamei no hotel porque era uma surpresa que faria pra minha esposa ter upgrade de quarto. Não quis trazer essa decepção para nós dois. No geral foi a experiência.

Bacana, mas alguns pontos a melhorar como, portas velhas, banheiro com a tranca quebrada, a tv não estava funcionando. E as geladeiras que ficam no restaurante eles trancam se é um ALL inclusive deveria ser aberto e eles só abrem na hora do almoço e da janta. No mais tudo ok.

Viagem em familia no feriado de Corpus Christi. Levamos 50 minutos para fazer o check in, pois só havia 3 atendentes na recepção, sendo 1 exclusivo para check in antecipado (online). A acomodacao é limpa, nova e confortável, mas a janela antirruído da sacada para a piscina não foi boa o suficiente para evitar o barulho da caixa de som da piscina de 9hs as 18hs! Recreação infantil trouxe surpresas negativas. A tal brincadeira "Canibal" deixou minha filha sem dormir (com medo) o resto da estadia e ela disse que metade das crianças choravam de medo. Ainda soube que teve brincadeira de trote com hóspedes e monitores falando palavrão, um verdadeiro desserviço à educação. A comida do restaurante deixou a desejar. Merecia maior variedade e, pelo menos, uma dia com carnes e peixes nobres para compensar o valor pago. As sobremesas muito sem gosto e mais do mesmo. O café da manhã era a melhor refeição do dia, com opcoes de tapioca, omeletes, frios, frutas, cereais, etc. O recreador Faísca foi uma atracao à parte, muito animado e atencioso. Palmas para ele. Sentimos falta de um brinquedo aquático para as crianças (aquele que tem um balde e varios escorregas). O cardápio de bebidas foi ok. Poderia ter mais opcoes também. No mais, dou nota 7,5 para o hotel. Tem que melhorar a recepção na hora do check in, o restaurante e a recreação.
