The property is surrounded by a magnificent private park of approximately 22,000 m², featuring Mediterranean vegetation, mature trees and scenic corners that ensure tranquillity and privacy.

One of the villa's most exclusive features is the private terrace of approximately 30 m² on the top floor, offering spectacular sea views. The ground floor features an elegant living room with traditional terracotta flooring, comfortable sofas, a television and a magnificent antique fireplace.

Costs Not Included in the Rental Price
Security Deposit
€1,000.00.
A refundable security deposit is required to cover any damage or breakages to the property, additional cleaning, telephone charges and any other services or utilities not included in the rental price.
Tourist Tax
€3.50 per person per day, applicable from 1 April to 31 October, for a maximum of 7 nights.
The tourist tax applies to guests aged between 18 and 75, according to the conditions communicated by the property.

Access to the Property
Villa Jasmine offers free private parking within the property and an internal lift connecting the different floors.
Helicopter arrivals can also be arranged, thanks to a helipad located approximately 200 metres from the villa, with a transfer service from the helipad to the property.
Helicopter transfers must be organised in advance, and availability and costs should be confirmed at the time of booking.
Events and Weddings
With its spacious indoor and outdoor areas, magnificent 22,000 m² private park and elegant historic atmosphere, Villa Jasmine provides a truly enchanting setting for weddings, celebrations and private events.
All events must be requested in advance and are subject to availability, the owner's approval and confirmation of the applicable services and costs.
For catering and dining arrangements, guests must contact the villa's team. External chefs are not permitted.
Important Information
The outdoor swimming pool is open from April to October.
Daily housekeeping is included in the rental price; however, dishwashing is not included and can be arranged at an additional cost of €80.00 per meal.
Chef and waiter services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
