Beautiful sunset on John’s Pond

  • The studio has a feel of a homestead with a beautiful sunset view over Johns Pond with its own private beach. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful and also has its own community beach as well.

    The main house with a side small attached unit for guest.

    After your day of exploring the cape, its time to take a glass of wine to the deck sit back and put your feet up. Enjoy the sunset but don’t forget to take a look in the front yard, You can see the moon rising.

    John’s Pond offers: Swimming, Kayak, Fishing, Boating, Jet ski, etc.
    We are a short drive to Mashpee Common, Restaurants, Shopping, Bike Trails, Hiking trails, Golf Courses and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket is about 20miles
