「This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!」

「Older motel, very unclean esp floors, windows, walls. No amenities to speak of - no housekeeping done, trash not picked up, no tissues or extra roll TP. You have to ask for the basics. Minimal breakfast - few bagels, yogurt, juice, cereal (what ever they picked up at Walmart) Pool was clean and nice, AC unit worked well」

「Not up to standard Baymont quality. Renovated but still water spot on ceiling, patched paint on walls. Breakfast was miniscule. Highly overpriced for the quality. No elevator to the second floor! Bed appeared fairly new and comfortable.」

「There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!」

「Room was very nice, layout well thought out, clean, very comfortable, bright, and airy. Appeared to be newly renovated. Staff were friendly. The only negative was that the pool was not open yet. We would happily stay here again next year.」

「Great Staff. Very helpful. Fantastic Beds!!! The only issue with the property is that the office is at a different, though close, location. But, if you ask, the staff is happy to run there for you if you need something. Nice people!!!!! Thank you staff.」

「The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

「Room was clean and comfortable enough, but not properly checked by housekeeper for supplies (no tissues in bathroom). Biggest complaint was the “free breakfast,” which in my 30+ years of hotel stays, came in dead last. Really embarrassing for them and very unsatisfying for me.」
