Perfect cute little place on a river, within Uber range of downtown and the stadium. Everything was in the 21st century (which is always a plus for this city boy) and very clean/new. Host is VERY responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend for a Tennessee Vol getaway weekend!
Stayed here for my daughters graduation from The University of Tennessee. Go VOLS :) I wish we had more time as the location is prefect. Easy to get to campus and Knoxville. The location is peaceful and very relaxing. The "tiny" house was perfect. Will definitely book again upon returning to Knoxville.
I would definitely recommend this tiny house to anyone that is looking for a nice relaxing vacation. From the beautiful sunset to the beautiful river views, it was just so peaceful. The host was amazing and very responsive. The house was also equipped with all the necessities to be able to cook/grill. Easy to find and not far from Knoxville. It was perfect!
My daughter and I came to Knoxville for Admittance Day at UT and was only in town for a day. This place is super cute, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river and being on a farm was much better than staying in a hotel. The commute to UT and downtown is basically a straight shot and not long at all. I will definitely stay here again when my daughter moves into college. Go Vols!
Property was as pictured. They say tiny home and it was a lot bigger than I imagined. I was busy all trip so having peace and quiet was great. The host is quick at responding and there if needed. I didn’t need much at all. The river was peaceful. If you are second guessing this booking don’t because this place is a gem.

LOVED staying in this tiny home! Such a quaint space, perfect amount of room for a couple to spend a few nights. Beautifully decorated with lots of extra thoughtful amenties to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. Great communication with the owner, friendly and prompt. Loved the options for extras including renting kayaks, fishing gear, or playing with the farm animals. There are 2 tiny homes which sit next to the home of the owner, such a genius idea. It would be the perfect setup to rent with friends! You can spend time outside together playing games or around the river or firepit then still have your own space to be able to retreat. Took around a 20 minute drive to get to downtown Knoxville. Highly recommend this rental!
Cute and cozy! The tiny house was well stocked with all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The host was quick to address that we did not have hot water. The animals were a treat even though they no longer have the cows that we were so looking forward to meeting. The river is beautiful. We sat down by the river every evening. The current was a bit rough for us to swim or kayak but we enjoyed watching others fish from kayaks. The back drop of the amazing sunsets over the farm make for great front porch views!
