「Very charming spot, perfect for two. The carriage house has everything you need for a long weekend in town. Easy to make a meal in the cozy kitchen or walk five minutes to dining in the heart of GV. The house is tall and narrow so you must be cool with stairs. Check in was easy and the heat kept us nice and warm in the mid and upper floors. Dedicated parking was great. 」

「This place was awesome. Perfect location for me and my family. Everything was clean and perfect for our needs. House was beautiful and hot tub was a plus after along day. I honestly think the place was under sold. It was truly a place that could sleep over 10 if we needed. Everybody had a room to them selves. The frig was great and the ice was a plus. Having washer access just in case was great. It was an easy choice to start because of the price and is definitely a pick if we head back to...

The backyard is very cute and kids would love jumping on the enclosed trampoline. Sharalee is very responsive to any questions that might arrise. Wonderful home away from home!」

「This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.」
