"The toilets. As tourists from America were not used to the toilets and we found that to be pretty fascinating even though it's common for you guys throughout Japan. We appreciate it. The cleanliness room service was good. Breakfast was different from what we're used to eating but it was nice. It was healthy. It was fresh and convenient"

"Wonderful staff trying to do their best in the middle of a remodel in a dated property - few restaurant options near the hotel - Unfortunately, we had no view to the lake because of the remodel; however, we were never informed about this neither by the hotel not by hotels.com when we made the reservation. "Check in was very smooth and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although they do not have a on premise carpark area, you can park in a multi level carpark that is connected to the hotel with a special 24 hr rate of 1500 yen. Very convenient. Also, easy to get food as it is just opposite the train station."

"Great place to stay near the train station. The staff were nice and there are a lot of free amenities offered. It was quiet, we could not hear any street traffic. Would recommend this hotel. Only recommendation is the clothes dryers didn’t really dry. Dried for 1.5 hours and they were still wet. Maybe this is just Japanese dryers?"

"Very safe and convenient location. The hotel and room were both tidy and clean. Good value for the price. Only one thing I was very close to the elevator and heard the noises of people walking by often. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay very much."
